Siem Reap River and boy live along river

Almost in Siem Reap province that get affect by flooding river to people house that live along river. Siem Reap river a bit smaller than other rivers in other provinces like Battambang river , Kompong Thom river...
when it flood every times children who live near the river they are happy swimming, some children they can not enjoy because their parents worried about flooding and flowing water so fast . but this is not big problem for them any more because they get used to already.
